Push Up Blitz

Advanced Push up workout for the Gym.

Do 3 sets with a 1 to 2 minute rest inbetween. Aim for 5 to 15 reps of each exercise.

Exercises…

1 – Standard push up, 2 seconds down, 2 seconds up. (drop to knees to make it easier)

2 – Box Press Ups.

3 – Incline Press Ups

4 – Decline Swissball Hand Push Ups

1 to 2 minutes rest and repeat twice.
